GKFORGE has its own measurement laboratory where the following measurements and tests are performed:

Measurements of geometric sizes of:

• forgings
• machined products
• forging tools

We carry out measurements by means of:

– WENZEL LH54 coordinate measuring machine which can measure parts with maximum dimensions of 500 x 600 x 400 mm and maximum weight of 200 kg

– calibrated measuring tools

Mechanical properties tests:

Hardness testing using:

• Brinell method acc.to PN EN ISO 6506-1
• Vickers method acc.to PN-EN ISO 6507-1
• Rockwell method acc.to PN-EN ISO 6508-1
• Charpy impact tests acc. to PN-EN ISO 148-1
• tensile tests acc. to PN-EN ISO 6892-1

We perform the tests by means of:

– Brinell hardness testing machine HPO-250, HBW

– Vickers hardness testing machine Mitutoyo AVK-CO-1, HV

– Rockwell hardness testing machine PW106, HRC

– Charpy's hammer, KU, KV, measurement range of 300J

– ZD 40 tensile testing machine measuring Re, Rm, A, Z ,

measurement range up to 400kN

Our products are inspected at workstations and in the laboratory in accordance with the inspection plan.

We accompany our products with material certificates and quality certificates  according to EN 10204, type 3.1.
